Interviewers see only their candidates
Assign interviewers to the candidates they’re meeting. They see those applications and their prep notes, not your whole pipeline.
An applicant tracking system for small teams
Post your jobs and run the whole hire in one place: applications, candidate emails, interviews and your team’s feedback. Krinoa reads every application against your requirements, so you know who to call first.
Early access. We’ll email you when your spot opens.
Before and after
| Without Krinoa | With Krinoa |
|---|---|
| An applicant spreadsheet | A pipeline for each role, stage by stage |
| Résumés forwarded around by email | Every application and résumé on the candidate’s record |
| Reply-all threads with candidates | A shared inbox, with an owner for each conversation |
| Back and forth to find a time | Candidates pick from the times you offer |
| Feedback scattered across chats | Scorecards and comments beside the application |
Conversations
No more digging through five inboxes. Email candidates from Krinoa and their replies come back to the same place, filed on their application. Everyone helping you hire sees the whole conversation, so nobody replies twice and nobody gets missed.
The workspace
Click through the pipeline, inbox, scheduling and scorecards. The data is made up and nothing gets sent.
Backend Engineer at northstar. Pick the time that suits you best.
Pipeline. Everyone who applied to a role, by stage and interview round, with their score, where they found you and how long they’ve been waiting.
Works with your AI assistant
Ask Claude or ChatGPT to go through new applications, sum up your inbox or set up interviews. It checks with you before anything reaches a candidate.
Go through today’s Backend Engineer applications. Who should I call first? Then set up a technical interview with them.

northstar
We build payment tools for small online shops. Fourteen people, remote across Europe, and every application is read by a person.
Own the services our customers’ money moves through.
Our second designer, and the first one to own research.
Sell to finance teams who are tired of spreadsheets.
Your team
Assign interviewers to the candidates they’re meeting. They see those applications and their prep notes, not your whole pipeline.
Each teammate gets a referral link. You always know who referred whom, and the referrer hears when their candidate applies, interviews or is hired.
Replies, @mentions, RSVPs and new scorecards show up as notifications that open the application they’re about.

A few practical details
Yes. Create your workspace, publish a role and share the link. Invite interviewers when you need them.
Yes. Embed your open jobs on your own site and candidates apply there, or share your hosted careers page. Both show the same published jobs and send applications to your workspace.
On your careers page, on your own site if you embed it, and anywhere you share the link. Published jobs with a location carry the structured data Google Jobs reads. Direct job-board integrations are not available yet.
No. They apply with their details and a résumé. Your emails and interview booking links reach them at the address they applied with.
No, and that’s the point. Candidate email goes out from Krinoa and replies come back to the candidate’s application, so the conversation belongs to your team instead of one person’s inbox. Your own mailbox isn’t touched.
It reads each application against the job’s requirements and quotes the evidence for each one. It can’t move, reject or email a candidate. The apply form tells candidates that AI helps review applications and that a person makes every decision.
Yes, if it can run commands on your computer, like Claude’s desktop app or ChatGPT’s Codex. Give it a key from Settings and it can review applications, sum up your inbox, write interview questions and set up interviews. Anything that emails a candidate or can’t be undone stops and waits for you. There’s no assistant built into Krinoa, and chat in a web browser can’t reach it yet.
Krinoa is $0 during the beta. After it, Krinoa is $49 per workspace a month, with up to six owners and admins and any number of interviewers. You won’t be charged until you choose a paid plan. Candidate export and erasure are built in, so your data is never stuck here.
